Adrian has had various roles in the community sport and physical activity sector across the UK including in 2 local authorities, Sport England and Sport Wales. Adrian is a passionate advocate for sustainability in sport and has been leading learning and advocacy work as part of his role as Head of Operations for the Active Partnerships National Team, supporting the 43 Active Partnerships in England to integrate sustainability into their policy and practice. Adrian currently works for the Hertfordshire Sport & Physical Activity Partnership as Strategic Lead for Transformation, which includes leading their Active Environments and Sustainability work areas
