We’re marking our tenth birthday with a special event to recognise sustainability in sport at Oval Cricket Ground in October. Enter your work, nominate a project, or sponsor the event.
Nominations
The application process for the BASIS Sustainable Sport Awards is now open and will close on 10th September 2021. It is free to enter. The event will take place at The Oval Cricket Ground, London.
Awards will be given for the best sustainability initiatives that show innovation, impact, and performance. Submissions are accepted both for an organisation, and for individuals within an organisation – with multiple submissions gladly received.

No project is too big or too small to be accepted for submission. What we’re really interested to hear about is how and why the initiative was conceived and what made it important to your organisation and its impact. Winners and runner ups will also be offered the opportunity to present a case study on their project at future BASIS webinars, with relevant content will also added onto the BASIS website.
All applicants will be contacted by 22nd September, and successful entries will be invited to the Awards event on 19th October 2021.

We’re also offering the opportunity for partnership and sponsorship for the Awards, to help us mark BASIS’ tenth birthday.
The awards ceremony at the Oval will be a terrific opportunity for you to introduce your brand to some of the most high-profile names in sport, and offers you a platform demonstrate your sustainability credentials in front of the sector.
