London Marathon Events

London Marathon Events organises a wide range of mass participation events throughout the year, including the iconic London Marathon, the Big Half, Swim Serpentine and Ford Ride London (to name but a few).   We are a social impact company, with all operating surplus passed to our parent organisation, the London Marathon Foundation, which funds grassroots sport in disadvantaged communities.  Our environmental sustainability programme began in 2018 and has been growing in ambition and progress since then.  We are a signatory to the UN Sport for Climate Action framework and are targeting Net Zero by 2030 across all scopes.  Our key areas of focus are GHG emissions, waste and circularity of product and materials.
